Looking to improve your performance? Our one-on-one personalized coaching sessions can help you achieve your goals. We focus on correcting form first and foremost. Then, using your personal fitness test results we are able to create truly bespoke training plans to help you reach your full potential.
SWIM: Stroke Correction
We work one-on-one with you to completely overhaul your stroke, starting from the core and body position and working from there. We are extremely detail-oriented, working towards perfection using tried and tested drills. We recommend a number of these session to get you to a place where you can do the drills on your own and self improve your swim performance in your own time. Then come back to the coaching session to build strength and performance from there.
run: Economy
If your find yourself struggling with repeat run-related injuries or niggling aches and pains this one-on-one option is for you! Work on a set process of drills that create a more stabilized pelvis while running to, in turn, create more power and improve economy in your running form. The drills make your stronger, more stable and therefore help you to avoid run-related injuries.
bike: FTP Testing
FT... what?! FTP (Functional Threshold Power) is a quantifiable way to measure your cycling fitness while providing a framework to gauge the difficulty of your rides. Essentially, it helps us to build custom bike workouts that are tailored to your fitness level and goals by zeroing in on your threshold heart rates and wattage output then using this information to program your training sessions in the correct zones.
BIKE: Skills
Our one-on-one bike skills sessions help to build your confidence on road, gravel or mountain bikes. These sessions are tailored to your current abilities and skill level. They are completely customized sessions to make sure you leave feeling more confident about how your bike works and how you feel while riding it, whatever the terrain.
